Michelle Beltran is an author, psychic medium, life coach and professional cyclist from Chico, CA.
==Early life & career==
Michelle Beltran grew up in Northern California. She began her career in law enforcement in the USAF, she was a probation officer for Glenn County Probation Department. Beltran implemented K9 Narcotic Drug Detection Program at the department. The K9 Program was one of five assigned to a probation department in the state of California.
